Super Gloss copolymer resin is a 2 part extra thick coating that flows beautifully over flat or round surfaces. Mix equal parts well in a clean container and apply with a brush or flood directly on to your project. Before the resin starts to cure, remove all the trapped air bubbles by treating the surface with a loose flame from a hand held propane torch. If the open flame makes you squeamish, a heat gun, hairdryer, or for small projects just blow through a straw, all the bubbles disappear. Keep your project in a warm, dustless environment for a tack free finish in 12 hours. After about 72 hours, the surface may withstand light use. Super Gloss is UV stable to resist yellowing

and crazing. IASCO resinal pigments may be used to tint Super Gloss from its original clear appearance. Due to the excellent chemical resistance of Super Gloss, several non-standard applications have met with success. Try Super Gloss to create a seamless, waterproof liner for darkroom sinks. Taxidermists and naturalists love Super Gloss for preserving specimens and simulating water. Super Gloss is not warranted for outdoor applications. Polymer should be used in a room where the humidity is under 60% and the temperature is at least 75-80 degrees when pouring. When the humidity is over 50% a dehumidifier should be used in the room where the pouring and curing is taking place. If you set the resin bottle (white cap) in hot water for 10 minutes, you will have a thinner mixture and fewer bubbles will appear on the object being poured. Be very careful not to get any water into the epoxy.
